For a puppy that needs an animal it has never eaten, the obvious pick.

Every tub leads with a named animal, bone written in by name, and a small plant side of butternut squash, green vegetables and blueberry, closed by kelp and inulin from chicory root. No vitamin premix is added on any of them. Salmon oil or hemp seed oil supplies the omega 3s.

What varies is the organ share and the animals. The Beef, Chicken and Surf & Turf carry tripe, heart, liver or kidney; the Rabbit has none. Protein converts to between 35.9% and 61.7% of dry matter, and no label prints a calcium figure.
