What to write to us about

Everything comes to woof@off-the-leash.co.uk. A line in the subject saying which of these it is helps us get to it faster.

• A correction

  If a score, an ingredient reading or a figure on a review looks wrong, tell us the food, the page and what you think is off. Corrections go to the top of the pile.

• A question about a review or a score

  Ask away. The method is published in full, so most answers point back to a step in it, but if something is unclear we would rather explain it than leave you guessing.

• Brands and retailers

  Happy to hear from you about a recipe change, a new product, or a listing we have got wrong. Scores cannot be bought, sponsored or influenced, so please do not ask.

• Press

  Journalists and researchers are welcome to quote us with a link back. Say what you are working on and we will get you what you need.

• Your data

  Any request under UK GDPR, from a copy of what we hold to erasure, goes to the same address. The honest answer is usually that we hold very little, and we reply within a month.

What we cannot help with

We are not vets, so we cannot advise on a dog that is unwell, on a diagnosed condition or on a prescription diet. If your dog is poorly, please speak to a vet who can examine them. We also do not sell anything, so questions about an order, a delivery or a refund need to go to the retailer you bought from.
