Raw Pet Foods Complete Sticks: Chicken review
Frozen raw food in 1kg sticks that thaw and slice cleanly, across seven varieties from a beef mince to a puppy recipe. Four print a full, percentaged composition down to the offal. The other three publish no ingredients at all, the one thing standing between this range and a full reading.
Our view
Likely to suit
- Owners who portion by hand. A thawed stick slices without a fight
- Dogs settled on poultry, with chicken leading four of the seven
- Stocking the freezer in one go, as sticks come singly or twelve to a box
- A growing dog fed alongside an adult, with a puppy stick in the same format
Worth watching
- No ingredients list for the Just Chicken, Meatfeast or Puppy, so ask Raw Pet Foods directly
- Ox heart, liver and kidney in the chicken and turkey sticks, so they carry beef too
- Chicken alongside the beef flank in the Beef stick

The score, in context
We have not put a score against this range. The reason is a gap in what gets published, and nothing about the food itself. Three of the seven sticks, the Just Chicken, the Meatfeast and the Puppy, list no ingredients at all, and a recipe whose composition is not declared cannot honestly be weighed up beside recipes that are. The four sticks that do print their composition are detailed and percentaged, right down to the offal, which suggests an oversight on the website and not any reluctance to say. Ask Raw Pet Foods for the three missing lists and this becomes a straightforward range to assess.

The plain chicken stick, and the cheapest bowl in the range.
Where a composition is printed, a named meat sits well in front, ox heart leads the organ share and ox liver and kidney follow. Carrots, butternut and green leaf make the plant side, and kelp with flaxseed oil at 1% closes the list. No cereal, potato or pulse appears, and carbohydrate estimates at or near zero.
Kelp and flaxseed oil are the whole supplement story on the adult sticks; the offal supplies copper, vitamin A and B vitamins in concentrated form. Three sticks, the Just Chicken, Meatfeast and Puppy, publish no ingredients list at all.
