Our view

Likely to suit

  • Owners who read a label closely, with bone and organ shares written in
  • Hard-working dogs, fat running high on all five
  • Rotation feeders: only the animals change
  • Dogs kept off red meat, the Chicken and the Duck each a single bird
  • A large dog to fill, the Beef and the Turkey & Lamb also coming in 800g portions

Worth watching

  • Fish in every recipe, as oil or whole
  • Frozen delivery, fridge space to defrost and the usual raw hygiene
  • Calcium from 1.25% to 4.57% of dry matter, so settle a sensitive dog on one recipe

No cereal, legume or thickener, so carbohydrate converts to between 2.3% and 6.0% of dry matter. Organs are written into the percentages, and no label publishes a vitamin and mineral panel.
