Henley
Henley Raw Just 80-10-10: Lamb review
The single-animal corner of the Henley range, and the name means exactly what it says. Each 500 g tray holds one species, meat, bone and offal, and nothing else. All six score alike, so the choice is which animal.
Our view
Likely to suit
- A dog working through an exclusion diet, with one animal in the tray and nothing beside it
- Owners hunting an uncommon meat. Pork and duck both come on their own
- Rotation feeders who change one thing at a time
- Dogs kept away from grain, starch and vegetables
- Every build, from toy breeds to giants, on the same tray
Worth watching
- Frozen trays that defrost in the fridge, with the usual care for hands and worktops
- No calcium declared, so agree a growth plan with your vet for a large breed puppy
- Richness varies more than the labels suggest, so a swap from Pork to Lamb means rethinking the portion

Six trays built to one formula finish level with one another, and holding that line in raw, the hardest company on our scale, says a lot about the build.

A fine tray for a dog with work to do, and one to portion carefully on a quieter one.
Every tray is one animal: meat at 80%, its bone at 10% and its offal at 10%, with no vegetable, cereal or premix. The Beef and the Lamb itemise their cuts, tripe and heart among them, and the animal stays the same throughout.
No calcium figure appears anywhere, though bone does the calcium work. What varies is the analysis: protein runs from 38.2% to 63.3% of dry matter and fat from 28.8% to 46.9%, and crude ash from 3.0% to 10.7%.
