Flourish
Flourish Adult: English Country Duck review
One construction with the animal swapped: 65% of a single named species in every bag, broken into fresh meat, dried meat and fat or stock. All four land in our Excellent band, with the Angus beef highest. The superfood blend is decoration and the label says as much.
Our view
Likely to suit
- Owners who read past the headline, with fresh and dried shares printed separately
- Dogs that do better off cereal. Sweet potato and beans carry the starch
- Rotation feeding, since only the animal changes from bag to bag
- Big dogs too: the feeding table runs up to a 40kg adult
Worth watching
- An unnamed omega 3 supplement, so no recipe is reliably fish free for an exclusion diet
- The 65% headline counts fat and stock as well as meat, and neither brings protein

A sound duck recipe, held a little behind its siblings by the mineral load.
Every recipe declares 65% of one named species, printed as three figures: the freshly prepared meat, the dried meat, and the fat, stock or gravy with it. The fresh share is mostly water before cooking and the fat and stock bring no protein, so the dried meat holds the structure up.
Sweet potato and beans are the whole carbohydrate base, with beet pulp for fibre and no cereal or white potato. FOS and MOS carry printed doses on all four. Each recipe has its own superfood blend, and the trace minerals are sulphates, each with a figure.
