Coya
Coya Kibble Plus: Beef review
A kibble that looks like nothing else in the bowl: freeze-dried meat bites and coloured fruit and vegetable pieces mixed through it, none of them cooked. Each recipe leads with one named animal at around 60%. All three land in our Good band.

Our view
Likely to suit
- A fussy or bored eater, as every mouthful has something different to find
- Dogs kept away from grain
- Owners who want one named animal heading the recipe
- A sensitive digestion, with beet pulp and MOS at 0.2% in the background
- Rotation feeders: only the animal changes across the three
Worth watching
- Salmon oil runs through every recipe, so none is fish free
- Trace minerals arrive mostly as sulphates and oxides, with only a small chelated share of the zinc
- Fat is declared in the teens, so a delicate stomach needs a gradual changeover

The natural pick for a dog that has grown tired of poultry.
Each recipe names one animal at roughly three fifths of the contents. It comes in four forms: freshly prepared meat at 24%, a dried meal, the animal's own fat and freeze-dried bites at 8% that go in uncooked. Potato and sweet potato bind the kibble, with peas at 4%, and there is no grain.
Beet pulp, prebiotic MOS at 0.2% and salmon oil run through all three, followed by a tail of fruit extracts, a calming botanical pack and green and red freeze-dried pieces at 1.5% each. What changes is the animal and how much protein and fat it brings.
