HiLife
HiLife Adult Dog 150g Pouches: Chicken & Fish review
All four pouches sit in our Outstanding band, and every one prints its chicken share, from 46% up to 60%. Vegetables, fruit and a little brown rice fill in behind. The Chicken Breast in Jelly is the only one that sticks to a single meat.

Our view
Likely to suit
- Adults from toy up to medium, the sizes HiLife builds these for
- Owners who like a printed meat share
- Stiffening joints: glucosamine and chondroitin are printed on all but the Chicken & Meat pouches
- Rotation feeders, with tuna, salmon, duck and beef each paired with chicken
- Dogs that rarely visit the water bowl. Moisture runs from 76.5% to 81%
Worth watching
- Chicken on all four labels, so not a range for a chicken-intolerant dog
- A second animal in every pouch bar the Chicken Breast in Jelly
- Brown rice in the Chicken & Fish and Chicken & Meat boxes

The richest box of the four, and the one for a dog that likes fish with its chicken.
Chicken opens every list with a figure beside it: 46% where a second meat joins it, 55% as breast in the broth recipe and 60% in the jelly. Two boxes hold two labels each, pairing chicken with tuna or salmon, or with duck or beef, plus wholegrain brown rice and two plant extras at 4% apiece.
Every pouch ends on the same trace trio of chicory, seaweed and yucca extracts, and three of the four add glucosamine at 50 mg/kg and chondroitin at 15 mg/kg. What varies most is protein, from 40.0% to 73.7% of dry matter.
