Ci Foods Ci Top Drawer Adult Grain Free: Turkey & Sweet Potato review
Three grain-free trays in our Excellent band, with the meat share printed where you can find it. The chicken and turkey trays declare 60% of their bird, and the third is fish from top to bottom. Sweet potato, peas and carrots are the only plants, in small amounts.
Our view
Likely to suit
- Grain-avoiding homes: no cereal on any of the three
- Owners who want the animal share up front
- A short plant list, with peas, sweet potato and carrots the only vegetables
- Poultry fans, with chicken and turkey on the same recipe
- Dogs that drink sparingly, since most of every tray is moisture
Worth watching
- Fish in all three, through fish oil on the poultry trays
- Vegetable oil with no plant named on the chicken and turkey trays
- White fish with no species on the salmon tray
- Glucosamine and chondroitin at trace level only

The score, in context

All three Excellent. Typical wet food: Excellent.
All three finish about where a well built wet tray should, the turkey a shade ahead and the salmon held back a touch by its carbohydrate.

Three grain-free trays. The chicken and turkey trays are one recipe with the bird swapped: 60% named meat, then dried peas, sweet potato and carrots declared with their fresh weights. The salmon tray is built differently, 66% fish between salmon and white fish, with its small entries given in milligrams per kilo.
Every added vitamin and mineral is dosed, though the panels differ between the poultry and fish trays. Calcium is not declared on any of the three.
