Atlantic white fish takes 60% of this pot and that is the entire animal contribution, with nothing from the land anywhere on the list. White fish is naturally lean, which is how fat comes in at 2.5% as fed and 10.5% of dry matter while protein still converts to 60.9%. Very few complete foods manage both at once, and it is also why the pot reads at 99 kcal per 100g.

The plant work is named and numbered all the way down. Broccoli takes 14%, sweet potato 8% and butternut squash 6%, with apple at 5% and button mushrooms at 3% behind them. Sweet potato is the only real starch involved, and it keeps the carbohydrate estimate to 4.6% as fed, which becomes 19.3% once the 76.2% moisture is taken out of the sum.

The Stay Supple name is carried by glucosamine at 0.06%, boswellia at 0.06% and turmeric at 0.02%. Glucosamine is the most familiar joint supplement there is, thought to help slow the wear on cartilage, though the trial evidence for it has always been mixed. At these levels the honest reading is that the ingredients are present but not plentiful. If your dog already takes a separate supplement, keep it going alongside this.
